Do you offer customer pickups and/or drop-offs?We offer customer pickups and drop-offs free of charge. You can schedule a time to come pick up/drop off your rental gear through our booking page. Can I select my delivery time?Yes, during checkout, you'll choose a 2-hour delivery window. We'll contact you the day before your reservation to confirm. If you have special requests or specific check-in/out times, please inform us, and we'll strive to accommodate them. Note that the selected delivery window is a "REQUESTED Delivery Time" and cannot be guaranteed. We typically manage to meet the requested times, but on busy days, adjustments may be necessary. Should this occur, we will inform you of the new time window the day prior. Regardless of any changes, we'll send an estimated time of arrival while en route to keep you updated. What is your delivery fee?Our Delivery fee is as follows. Babcock Ranch $10 Punta Gorda $15 Fort Myers $20 Cape Coral $20 North Fort Myers $20 While these are flat fees they are subject to change based on location in these cities.

What is your cancelation and change policy?We recognize that plans can change. Reservations canceled more than 8 days in advance are eligible for a refund, and a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations made 3-7 days prior will receive a 50% refund, while those made within 2 days of the reservation date are non-refundable. To cancel your reservation, please contact us via email for assistance. In the rare event that Getaway Gear must cancel your reservation, you will receive a full refund. Order modifications are governed by the same policy. Looking to add items? We strive to accommodate additions to your order, provided the items are available in our inventory. Wishing to remove items from your order? The refund policy for canceled items mirrors that of reservation cancellations. Items canceled more than 8 days in advance are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Those canceled 3-7 days prior will be refunded at 50%, and cancellations within 2 days are non-refundable. Please be aware that all requests must occur during business hours. Requests made after hours will be processed on the next business day. For example, a request made after 8pm on any day will be considered as received on the next business day. Should you have any inquiries, do not hesitate to contact us.

What are your hours?8:00 AM - 8:00 PM We can delivery outside of these times per request, but it cannot be guaranteed.

What happens if an item is lost, damaged, or returned dirty?You are responsible for maintaining the gear in the condition it was received. Eating or drinking is not permitted in any gear except high chairs, and smoking near any gear is prohibited. Please clean high chairs after use and before return. A deep clean is not required, but please wipe away any food or residue. Keep toys in their designated areas. Toy bins must stay indoors and away from water with exceptions for beach and bath toys. We offer bath toy packages, beach toys, and outdoor toys, which must stay in their respective areas to avoid damage. Improper use of toys will incur a $50 replacement fee post-rental. If gear is returned excessively dirty, a $50 cleaning fee will be charged for each item. Items smelling of smoke cannot be rented out again, and gear returned with smoke residue will face a full replacement fee per item. Should any items be lost or damaged, fees for repair (where possible) or full replacement will apply. Note: Certain items contain irreplaceable parts; lost parts will result in a replacement fee for the entire item.

Are your items cleaned and sanitized between rentals?Absolutely! We understand that you wouldn't want to place yourself or your baby just anywhere, and neither would we. Every item is thoroughly sanitized and maintained with great care. After each rental, items and linens are cleaned and sanitized using natural, non-toxic, baby-safe products. Your health and that of your little ones is our top priority!

Do you offer long term discounts?Yes, a 10% discount applies to any item rented for more than 14 days, and a 25% discount is offered for rentals exceeding 30 days.
